摘　　要：中医治疗围绝经期综合征相关症状主要包括:血管舒缩症状、睡眠障碍、情绪障碍、泌尿生殖道症状等,中医治疗方法主要为内治法和外治法,其中,内治法主要包括经方、自拟经验方、中成药治疗等;外治法主要包括针灸疗法等。中医治疗围绝经期综合征疗法众多,可改善激素替代治疗的不良反应,但部分中药及外治法的作用机理尚不完善,且大部分实验样本较少,缺乏回访数据分析,今后,需要进一步加强实验的严谨性。TCM treatment of perimenopausal syndrome related symptoms mainly include:vasomotor symptoms,sleep disorders,emotional disorders,urogenital symptoms,etc.TCM treatment methods mainly include internal treatment and external treatment.Among them,internal treatment methods mainly include classic formulas,self-made proven formulas,Chinese patent medicine treatment,etc.External treatments mainly includes acupuncture and moxibustion,etc.There are many treatments of perimenopausal syndrome treated by TCM,which can improve the adverse reactions of hormone replacement therapy,but the mechanism of some Chinese medicinals and external treatment is not perfect,and most of the experimental samples are few and lack of return-visit data analysis.In the future,it is necessary to further strengthen the preciseness of the experiment.
