摘 要:本研究在派生具身理论框架内,采用"图片—词汇对"与"词汇—图片对"语义启动实验范式,对中国英语学习者二语抽象词汇加工进行了实证研究。结果发现:1)二语抽象词汇与情境图片能够相互启动;2)不同情感效价对词汇与图片加工产生影响,中国英语学习者对积极效价的词汇与图片加工成本显著低于消极效价的词汇与图片;3)不同二语水平学习者对相同二语抽象词汇与图片加工成本存在不对称性,高级组加工的平均反应时显著低于中级组。文章从情境整合、情感效价、跨语言影响等方面对研究结果进行了分析与解释。Under the framework of embodied cognitive theory,the present research conducts picture-word pairs and word-picture pairs semantic priming paradigms to investigate the processing of L2 abstract words by Chinese English learners.The results show that:1)abstract words and pictures of situations can activate one another.In other words,the pictures depicting real-world situations can facilitate the processing of L2 abstract words by Chinese English learners,and vice versa;2)the processing of abstract words and pictures of situations is affected by different emotional valences.Positive words and pictures have lower processing cost than negative ones;and 3)there are significant differences between advanced learners and intermediate learners in their processing costs for same abstract words or pictures of situations,the former coming out with lower processing cost,the latter with higher cost.The paper analyzes the research results in terms of situational integration,emotional valences and the influence of linguistic transfer.
