摘　　要：目的:探讨喉部疾病治疗中采用CO_(2)激光术的临床效果。方法:随机将我院2017年2月至2019年6月期间收治的喉部疾病患者108例分为两组,其中给予对照组传统显微镜手术,而观察组则运用CO_(2)激光术,对比分析两组治疗效果。结果:两组均顺利完成手术,观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);同时,两组的嗓音学指标对比有差异(P<0.05)。结论:临床上运用CO_(2)激光术对喉部疾病患者进行治疗,可以减少术后并发症,改善患者预后。Objective:To explore the clinical effects of CO_(2)laser surgery in the treatment of larynx diseases.Methods:Randomly divide 108 patients with laryngeal diseases admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to June 2019 into two groups.The control group was given traditional microscope surgery,while the observation group was given CO_(2)laser surgery.The two groups were compared and analyzed.treatment effect.Results:Both groups completed the operation successfully.The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);at the same time,there was a difference in the comparison of the phonological indexes between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of CO_(2)laser surgery to treat patients with laryngeal diseases can reduce postoperative complications and improve the prognosis of patients.
