摘  要:在深海油气田开发中,干式采油树比湿式采油树具有更多优势。在半潜平台下部安装垂荡板可减小运动响应,使其能够采用干式采油树。论文对带有下浮箱的新型干树半潜平台进行探究,该平台通过伸缩立柱连接上部主体和下浮箱,且在横摇和纵摇两个自由度上能够自由转动,组成了垂向耦合多体系统。基于多浮体三维势流理论,采用数值模拟和模型试验相结合的方法,对该平台伸缩立柱的性能开展研究。数值计算结果与试验结果吻合良好,证实伸缩立柱响应性能良好。还就伸缩立柱长度和下浮箱重量对伸缩立柱性能的影响进行了研讨。研究结果为新型干树半潜平台的优化和使用提供了参考。In the development of deep-sea oil and gas fields,dry tree systems have more advantages than wet tree systems.Installing a heave plate on the lower part of the semi-submersible platform can reduce its motion response,and can be used in the dry tree system.This paper explores a new type of dry tree semi-submersible platform with a lower pontoon.The upper body and lower pontoon are connected to the platform through telescopic columns,so as to form a complex vertical coupled multi-body system.Based on the 3D potential flow theory,numerical simulation and model test are carried out to study the performance of the telescopic column of the platform.Numerical calculation results are in good agreement with experimental results,and excellent response performance of the telescopic column is proved.Influence of the length of the telescopic column and weight of the lower pontoon on the performance of the telescopic column is explored.The research results may provide a reference for the optimization and utilization of the new type of dry tree semi-submersible platform.
