摘 要:针对泵喷推进器梢部流动引起的梢隙空化和梢涡空化,在导管内壁开设一定数量的轴向矩形凹槽。基于计算流体力学软件STAR-CCM+进行数值模拟,分析凹槽结构对梢部端面压力、梢涡涡核压力、梢涡强度和水动力性能的影响。计算结果显示,矩形凹槽结构增大了梢部端面压力和梢涡涡核压力,减弱了梢涡强度,可以推迟梢隙空化和梢涡空化发生,而且对推进效率的影响较小。这项研究结果为泵喷推进器的减振降噪提供了新的途径。In order to solve the problem of tip vortex cavitation and cavitation in a pump-jet propeller and cavitation caused by the tip flow,we added a certain number of axial rectangular grooves on the inner wall of the duct.Based on the computational fluid dynamics software STAR-CCM+,we analyzed the effect of rectangular groove structures on tip pressure,core pressure of the tip vortex,intensity of the tip vortex and hydrodynamic performance.The results show that rectangular groove structures can increase the pressure at the blade tip and the vortex core,reduce the intensity of tip vortex,delay the occurrence of the cavitation at the tip end and the tip vortex cavitation,and has little effect on the propeller efficiency.The research results may provide a new approach to reduction of vibration and noise for pump-jet propellers.
