摘　　要：海洋技术的发展需要实现跨领域的学科交叉,而基于共识的国际标准将为这一新兴技术的全球推广提供必要支撑。论文从海洋技术的背景入手,概述了当今海洋技术领域国际标准化组织的工作现状,对现行的和制订中的相关国际标准进行了梳理,重点阐述了潜水器国际标准的起步与实践。对我国在海洋技术国际标准化工作中所做的贡献予以初步总结,分析了工作前景和发展趋势,并提出了未来工作重点。The development of marine technology requires the system integration with across-domains.It depends on the necessary support from consensus-based international standards.This paper starts with the background of marine technology,then lists the related international standardization organizations and their current situation.The published and under-developing marine technology standards are introduced,especially the submersible standards.Chinese contribution to marine technology international standardization is summarized,and its further development is analysed.Also,the future focus is proposed.
