摘  要:采用磷酸铵镁(MAP)沉淀和絮凝法联合处理高浓度氨氮废水,通过单因素法和正交实验法考察了各因素对氨氮去除效果的影响。从聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚合氯化铁、聚硅硫酸铁铝中筛选出PAC作为絮凝剂。采用正交实验得到最佳工艺条件:n(Mg^(2+))∶n(PO^(3-)_(4))∶n(NH^(+)_(4))为1.3∶1.3∶1,反应pH为9.2,PAC投加量为36.1 mg/L。实验因素对氨氮去除率的影响程度从大到小依次为磷酸盐投加量、反应pH、絮凝剂投加量。最佳工艺条件下MAP沉淀-絮凝法对垃圾渗滤液中氨氮的去除效果明显,去除率达87.9%。絮凝剂的投加不仅可提高氨氮的去除效果,还可降低COD、SS等基础指标。The high-concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater was treated by the combination process of magnesium ammonium phosphate(MAP)precipitation and flocculation,and the factors affecting the removal of ammonia nitrogen were investigated by single factor method and orthogonal experiment method.PAC was selected as the flocculant among polyaluminum chloride(PAC),polyferric chloride and polysilicate aluminum ferric sulfate.The optimal process conditions obtained by orthogonal experiment are as follows:n(Mg^(2+))∶n(PO^(3-)_(4))∶n(NH^(+)_(4))=1.3∶1.3∶1,reaction pH=9.2,and PAC amount 36.1 mg/L.The descending order of the experimental factor effects on removal rate of ammonia nitrogen is phosphate amount,reaction pH,and flocculant amount.Under the optimal process conditions,the MAP precipitation-flocculation method has an obvious effect on ammonia nitrogen removal from the landfill leachate,with a removal rate of 87.9%.The addition of flocculant can not only increase the removal of ammonia nitrogen,but also reduce the basic indicators such as COD and SS.
