摘　　要：目的探讨酒精依赖患者在不同戒断状态下血清S100B蛋白的表达水平。方法选取2018年1月至2020年5月在深圳市康宁医院成瘾医学科接受住院治疗的男性酒精依赖患者总共81例(其中戒断反应期伴震颤谵妄组27例,伴精神病性障碍组27例,单纯戒断反应组27例),采用化学发光免疫夹心法检测三组研究对象的血清S100B蛋白浓度,比较三组间的差异。结果三组间年龄、受教育年限、酒精成瘾病程以及日平均饮酒量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组间血清S100B蛋白表达水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);震颤谵妄组血清S100B蛋白浓度为0.052(0.032,0.071)ng/mL,明显高于单纯戒断反应组的[0.035(0.025,0.044)ng/mL],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而精神病性障碍组[0.049(0.033,0.062)ng/mL]与震颤谵妄组、单纯戒断反应组的血清S100B蛋白浓度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论酒精依赖患者戒断期出现震颤谵妄提示更严重的脑损伤,S100B蛋白有可能是酒精性谵妄的生物学预测指标。Objective To investigate the expression level of serum S100B protein in patients with alcohol dependence under different abstinence conditions.Methods A total of 81 male patients with alcohol-dependence admitted to the Department of Addiction Medicine in Shenzhen Kangning Hospital from January 2018 to May 2020 were selected.And they were divided into the group of delirium tremens in abstinence reaction period(n=27),the group of psychotic disorder in abstinence reaction period(n=27)and the group of simple abstinence reaction(n=27).The concentration of serum S100B protein was detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay sandwich method,and the differences in the three groups were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in age,education level,course of alcohol addiction and daily average alcohol consumption in the three groups(P>0.05).The expression levels of serum S100B protein were not the same in the three groups,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The concentration of serum S100B protein of the delirium tremens group was(0.052[0.032,0.071])ng/mL,which was higher than that of(0.035[0.025,0.044]ng/mL)in the simple abstinence reaction group,with statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the concentration of serum S100B protein between the psychotic disorder group(0.049[0.033,0.062]ng/mL)and the delirium tremens group or the simple abstinence reaction group(P>0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of delirium tremens in alcohol dependence patients in abstinence reaction period indicates more severe brain damage,and S100B protein may be a biological predictor of alcoholic delirium.
