邬氏活血祛斑方对女性气滞血瘀型黄褐斑的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的分析探讨邬氏活血祛斑方对女性气滞血瘀型黄褐斑进行治疗的临床效果。方法选取2018年2月至2020年10月期间来我院接受治疗的气滞血瘀型女性黄褐斑患者80例,依随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和研究组各40例,对照组患者接受常规西药治疗,研究组患者在对照组患者基础上使用邬氏活血祛斑方进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、自我治疗满意度评价及血清性激素水平值情况。结果研究组患者的黄褐斑面积、严重指数以及主观评价均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者对治疗的自我评价满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后其血清促卵泡刺激素FSH、黄体生成素LH、雌二醇E2的水平值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组患者的孕酮P水平值相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用邬氏活血祛斑方治疗气滞血瘀型的女性黄褐斑患者,不仅可有效改善患者的血清性激素水平,还可对患者的黄褐斑面积、颜色等进行改善,并提高了患者自我对治疗效果的满意度,临床价值明显。Objective To analyze and explore the clinical efficacy of Wu's Huoxue Quban Recipe in the treatment of female chloasma with qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods A total of 80 female patients with chloasma of qi stagnation and blood stasis who were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to October 2020 were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the control group and the study group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine treatment,and patients in the study group were given Wu’s Huoxue Quban Recipe on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,self-treatment satisfaction evaluation and serum sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The chloasma area,severity index,and subjective evaluation in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the self-evaluation satisfaction with treatment in the patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),and estradiol(E2)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in progesterone(P)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Research data show that the application of Wu's Huoxue Quban Recipe in the treatment for female patients with chloasma of qi stagnation and blood stasis can not only effectively improve the patient's serum sex hormone level,but also improve the patient's chloasma area and color.It improves the patient's self-satisfaction with the treatment effect,and the clinical value is obvious.
