摘　　要：目的分析雷火灸联合睑板腺按摩治疗睑板腺功能障碍的临床疗效及对泪液白介素-6水平的影响。方法选取2018年8月至2019年12月我院收治的睑板腺功能障碍患者60例,随机分为两组,试验组(n=30)采用眼部雷火灸联合睑板腺按摩,先行眼部雷火灸,再行睑板腺按摩,每周2次,连续3个月。对照组(n=30)采用睑板腺按摩联合0.1%氟米龙滴眼液点眼,睑板腺按摩每周2次,滴眼液每日4次点眼,连续3个月。观察两组患者泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、眼表疾病指数量表(OSDI)、泪液白介素-6水平、眼压及临床疗效。结果治疗后试验组泪膜破裂时间[6.63(5.00,8.00),s]和对照组泪膜破裂时间[5.60(4.00,7.00),s]较治疗前延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后试验组眼表疾病指数评分[3.63(3.00,5.00),分]和对照组眼表疾病指数评分[4.00(3.00,4.25),分]均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(Z=4.790,P=0.000<0.05;Z=4.786,P=0.000<0.05);治疗后试验组泪液IL-6水平(38.03±12.59)ng/L和对照组(39.02±12.98)ng/L均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。未见眼压升高。试验组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸联合睑板腺按摩能够延长泪膜破裂时间,降低眼表疾病指数评分,降低泪液白介素-6水平,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Leihuo moxibustion combined with meibomian gland massage in the treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction and its influence on the level of interleukin-6 in tears.Methods A total of 60 patients with meibomian gland dysfunction admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups according to statistical software.The experimental group(n=30)received eye Leihuo moxibustion combined with meibomian gland massage.They received eye Leihuo moxibustion first,followed by Meibomian gland massage,twice a week for 3 months.The control group(n=30)received meibomian gland massage combined with 0.1%fluorometholone eye drops.They received meibomian gland massage twice a week,eye drops 4 times a day for 3 months.The tear film break up time(BUT),ocular surface disorder index(OSDI),tear interleukin-6,intraocular pressure and clinical efficacy between two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the tear film rupture time in the experimental group(6.63[5.00,8.00],s)and the control group(5.60[4.00,7.00],s)were longer than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ocular surface disease index score in the experimental group(3.63[3.00,5.00],points)and the control group(4.00[3.00,4.25],points)were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(Z=4.790,P=0.000<0.05;Z=4.786,P=0.000<0.05).The tear IL-6 level after treatment in the experimental group(38.03±12.59)ng/L and the control group(39.02±12.98)ng/L were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No increase in intraocular pressure was seen.The total clinical curative effect effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Leihuo moxibustion combined with meibomian gland massage can increase tear film rupture time,reduce ocular surface disease index scores,and l
