摘 要:采用脱金属卸出剂,在500 mL高压釜中进行了渣油加氢反应,利用SEM、XRD、TG-MS、元素分析、Raman光谱、FTIR、XPS等方法对加入FeS生成的焦炭进行表征,分析了不同FeS加入量对结焦的影响。实验结果表明,在渣油加氢转化过程中FeS的存在会促进结焦反应发生,导致结焦量增加,且FeS沉积量越大,结焦反应速率越快。FeS会促进焦炭的缩合反应,加快它从软炭向硬炭的转化,且随FeS加入量的增大,焦炭中硬炭的比例增加,缩合程度增加;FeS的大量存在还使生成焦炭的微观形貌更为致密。The residual oil hydrogenation reaction was carried out in a 500 mL high pressure batch reactor with commercial spent hydrodemetallization catalyst.The coke generated by adding FeS was characterized by SEM,XRD,TG-MS,EA,Raman spectroscopy,FTIR,XPS and other analytical methods.The effect of different amount of FeS on coking was investigated.The results show that the presence of FeS promoted the coking reaction in the residue hydrogenation process,resulting in the increase of coking amount.Besides,the more the deposition of FeS,the faster the coking reaction rate became.Meanwhile,FeS would promote the coke condensation reaction and accelerate its conversion process from soft coke to hard coke.With the increase of the amount of FeS,the ratio of hard coke and the degree of condensation both increased.Large amount of FeS made the morphology of coke more compact.
