摘  要:在双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)基膜上镀铝得到镀铝膜,利用TG,DSC,WLI等方法研究了BOPP镀铝膜发雾的原因。实验结果表明,在BOPP基膜上镀铝,铝原子均匀覆盖在BOPP表面上形成铝膜,基本复制了BOPP基膜表面的形貌。BOPP结晶能力强和完善的结晶会导致镀铝膜发雾。薄膜中的助剂用量较多、尺寸较大以及分散状态差也会使BOPP基膜表面缺陷更严重,导致镀铝膜发雾。Aluminum film coating was obtained by coating the aluminum on biaxially-oriented polypropylene(BOPP)substratetand the reasons for the fog issue of BOPP film were studied by TG,DSC,WLI,et al.The experimental results showed that when the aluminum was coated on the BOPP base film,and then the aluminum film formed and uniformly covered on the BOPP film surface,mostly replicating the morphology of the BOPP base film.Good BOPP crystallization ability and crystallinity can lead to aluminum coating foggy.High additives,large size and poor dispersion also can make the surface defects of BOPP base film worse,leading to the fog problem of aluminum coating film.
