摘 要:采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)改性聚苯乙烯(PS)制备改性PS,并将其作为细骨料替代河沙制备PS塑料混凝土,对PS塑料混凝土的力学性能、保温性能以及耐久性能进行测试。结果表明:改性PS混凝土的性能相比未改性PS混凝土显著提升。改性PS加入量为10%时,PS塑料混凝土(B10)的抗压强度为36.7 MPa,并且抗压强度跟密度之间存在线性关系。且B10混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度最大为5.56 MPa,导热系数较低,耐久性能较好。因此,制备的B10混凝土可以用于建筑节能保温领域。Modified PS was prepared by using polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) modified polystyrene(PS), and PS plastic concrete was prepared by using modified PS as fine aggregate instead of river sand, and its mechanical properties, thermal insulation performance and durability were tested. The results show that the performance of modified PS concrete is greatly improved compared with unmodified PS concrete. When the content of modified PS is 10%, the compressive strength of PS plastic concrete(B10) is 36.7 MPa, and there is a linear relationship between compressive strength and density. The maximum splitting tensile strength of B10 concrete is 5.56 MPa, the thermal conductivity is low, and the durability is good. Therefore, the prepared B10 concrete can be used in the field of building energy conservation and thermal insulation.
