摘  要:通过发泡剂对废弃ABS进行发泡,并将发泡ABS(FABS)作为细骨料制备轻质高强度ABS塑料混凝土,对塑料混凝土的力学性能、保温性能以及耐久性能进行研究。结果表明:FABS-2具有较低的密度和较好的力学性能,其中抗压强度、抗折强度以及劈裂抗拉强度分别为38.65、7.23、3.46 MPa。且FABS-2的热导率较低,保温性能较好,可以应用于保温结构材料。耐久性能表明:FABS-2具有较低的吸水率为3.69%、优异的抗硫酸腐蚀性能以及抗氯离子渗透。因此,FABS-2塑料混凝土可以用于日常轻质保温材料。The waste ABS was foamed by foaming agent, and the foamed ABS(FABS) was used as fine aggregate to prepare lightweight and high strength ABS plastic concrete. The mechanical properties, thermal insulation properties and durability of plastic concrete were studied. The results show that FABS-2 has a lower density and better mechanical strength.The compressive strength, flexural strength and splitting tensile strength are 38.65, 7.23 and 3.46 MPa, respectively. And FABS-2 has low thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation performance, which can be applied to thermal insulation structural materials. The durability shows that FABS-2 has low water absorption of 3.69%, excellent corrosion resistance to sulfuric acid and resistance to chloride ion penetration. Therefore, the prepared FABS-2 plastic concrete can be used in daily lightweight thermal insulation structural materials.
