摘  要:以某型号数字高清投影仪为实例,分析其外形结构。利用Moldflow软件,划分塑件的网格,设计模具的浇注系统和冷却系统,并在初始工艺参数条件下进行注塑分析。根据分析结果,选定翘曲变形量为优化目标,采用正交试验法,利用极差数据分析法和方差数据分析法,对其熔体温度、模具表面温度和充填压力的工艺参数进行优化。结果表明:优化后的翘曲变形量降低11.35%,改善效果显著。在优化后的工艺参数条件下进行试模,试模样品表面质量良好,无明显收缩变形和翘曲变形,能够满足需求,为类似塑件的成型制作提供参考和指导。Taking a certain model of digital high-definition projector as an example, its shape and structure were analyzed. Based on Moldflow software, the grid of plastic parts was divided, the gating system and cooling system of the mold were designed, and the injection analysis was carried out under the conditions of initial process parameters.According to the analysis results, warpage deformation was selected as the optimization target, and the process parameters of melt temperature, mold surface temperature and filling pressure were optimized by orthogonal test, range data analysis method and variance data analysis method. The results show that the warpage deformation after optimization is reduced by11.35%, which is a significant improvement. The mold trial was conducted under the optimized process parameters. The sample surface quality of the trial mold is good, without obvious shrinkage deformation and warpage deformation, which could meet the demand and provided reference and guidance for the molding and production of similar plastic parts.
