摘  要:聚氨酯的种类较多,软硬度可调,被广泛应用于柔性传感器基底材料。本研究介绍柔性传感器应用、种类和组成,常用的基底材料和聚氨酯材料特点。总结低维度碳系/聚氨酯复合材料、金属纳米材料/聚氨酯复合材料、本征态聚合物导电复合材料在柔性传感器领域的应用和研究进展。讨论不同种类填料、工艺及传感器结构对柔性传感器性能的影响。指出聚氨酯复合材料在柔性传感器领域存在的问题和未来的研究方向。Polyurethane is widely used in flexible sensor substrate material because of its variety and adjustable soft and hardness. The applications, types and components of flexible sensors, commonly used substrate materials and the characteristics of polyurethane materials were introduced. The application and research progress of low dimensional carbon/polyurethane composites, metal nanomaterials/polyurethane composites and intrinsic polymer conductive composites in flexible sensors were summarized. The effects of different types of fillers, processes and sensor structures on the performance of flexible sensors were discussed. The existing problems and future research directions of polyurethane composites in the field of flexible sensors were pointed out.
