摘  要:为解决密闭环境下移动钢轨闪光焊机柴油发电机组带来的环境污染问题,通过分析移动闪光焊机电源负载特性,研发了适用于移动钢轨闪光焊机的超级储能电池供电系统,完成了样机制备,并采用该套系统进行了钢轨闪光焊工艺试验。研究结果表明:适用于移动钢轨闪光焊机的储能供电系统可以有效满足钢轨闪光焊的用电需求,该套系统可以稳定、可靠地为移动钢轨闪光焊机提供电源,同时由于系统采用超级电池储能供电,电压波动范围在3~7 V,稳定性高于柴油发电机组,有利于提高钢轨焊接接头的质量,减小灰斑缺陷产生机率。超级电池储能系统的应用也为高原、地铁、隧道等铁路施工建设提供了大功率储能供电技术储备。In order to solve the environmental pollution problem caused by diesel generator set of mobile rail flash welding machine in closed environment, the super energy storage battery power supply system of mobile rail flash welding machine was developed and improved by analyzing and summarizing the load characteristics of welding machine power supply, and the welding test was carried out with the system. The research results showed that the super battery energy storage system structure and battery management system designed according to the load characteristics of welding machine could effectively solve the welding power demand of welding machine, and the modified system could provide stable and reliable power supply for the mobile rail flash welding machine. At the same time, because the system used super battery energy storage power supply, the voltage fluctuation range was 3~7 V,the stability was higher than that of diesel generator set, which was conducive to improve the welding quality of rail welded joint and reduce the probability of flat spot defect. The application of super battery energy storage system also provided high-power energy storage power supply technology reserve for plateau, subway, tunnel and other railway construction.
