摘  要:针对某电厂1号发电机转子匝间短路试验时出现的异常情况,介绍了判断匝间短路故障的主要方法,分析对比了不同试验方法优点与缺陷。通过本次案例发现,交流阻抗及损耗试验数据对故障存在与否判断并不灵敏,RSO检测法结合线圈电压法可以准确反映出转子有无匝间短路故障,并可进一步定位到故障点。本次试验案例可为发电机转子绕组匝间短路故障诊断的实际应用提供相关经验及借鉴。The main methods to judge the interturn short circuit fault of No.1 generator rotor in a power plant are introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of different test methods analyzed and compared.Through this case,it is found that the AC impedance and loss test data are not sensitive to judge whether the fault exists or not.The RSO detection method combined with coil voltage method can accurately reflect whether the rotor has interturn short circuit fault,and can further locate the fault point.This test case can provide relevant experience and reference for the practical application of generator rotor winding interturn short circuit fault diagnosis.
