摘　　要：行业标准SH/T 3208—2020《石油化工电气系统电阻接地设计规范》已于2021年1月1日正式实施。该规范的发布实施填补了石油化工企业中压电力系统中性点电阻接地的空白,它可用于指导石油化工企业中压电力系统中性点电阻接地的设计,同时解决了该领域长期没有明确的标准来规范设计的问题。希望通过该规范的实施发现不足,在工程实践中继续完善、补充,成为石油化工企业中压电力系统中性点电阻接地的设计准则,为我国的石化建设作出应有的贡献。The design specification for resistance grounding of electrical system in petrochemical industry(SH/T3208—2020)has been officially implemented on January1,2021.The issuance and implementation of this specification fills the gap of neutral point resistance grounding of medium voltage power system in petrochemical enterprises.The specification is used to guide the design of neutral resistance grounding of medium voltage power system in petrochemical enterprises,and solve the situation that there is no clear standard to standardize the design in this field for a long time.It is hoped that the implementation of this specification will find deficiencies,continue to improve and supplement in engineering practice,become the design criteria for neutral resistance grounding of medium voltage power system in petrochemical enterprises,and contribute to China’ s petrochemical construction.
