摘 要:分析中国城市社区应急协同治理的优化路径,探讨目前城市社区应急管理现状,为中国城市社区的应急协同治理提供科学的理论依据。将根据SWOT模型分析,识别不同主体在参与城市社区应急治理中的优势和劣势,发现机会和威胁;通过整合不同主体的优势,明确多元主体参与城市社区应急治理的重要意义,提出构建多元主体相互协作参与的城市社区应急管理体系、明确多元主体职责分工、优化社区信息平台建设和网格化管理、加强社区人才建设、提升居民意识的优化路径。This paper analyzes the optimization path of urban community emergency cooperative governance in China,discusses the current situation of urban community emergency management,and provides a scientific theoretical basis for urban community emergency cooperative governance in China.According to SWOT model analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of different subjects in participating in urban community emergency management are identified,and opportunities and threats are found.By integrating the advantages of different subjects,is clear about the importance of multivariate main body participation in urban community emergency management,puts forward constructing coordinate multiple subject participation in urban community emergency management system,clear responsibility division of labor,optimization of plural community information platform construction and grid management,strengthening the construction of the community talent enhance residents'awareness of path optimization.
