摘　　要：对河北省遥测台网2013—2019年地震速报情况进行了分析,综合认为速报任务完成较好,在全国观测资料质量评比中,地震速报有94%的速报事件能获得满分或加分;就地震速报中存在的一些问题通过震例分析了原因,归纳了爆炸、爆破和塌陷3类非天然地震事件的波形特征;针对河北遥测台网在速报工作中发现的问题提出了改进建议。Based on the analysis of the earthquake quick report of Hebei Seismic Network from 2013 to 2019,it is concluded that the task of quick report is better accomplished.In the national comparison of the quality of observation data,94%of the quick report of earthquake events can obtain full marks or extra marks,this paper analyzes the causes of some problems in earthquake quick report,and sums up the waveform characteristics of three kinds of non-natural earthquake events:explosion,explosion and collapse,in view of the problems found in the quick report of Hebei Seismic Network,some suggestions for improvement are put forward.
