摘  要:针对当前煤矿井下传统瓦斯传感器检测范围小、使用寿命短的问题,设计并制作了一种基于Helmholtz共振原理的声学瓦斯传感器。基于声波共振原理,建立瓦斯体积分数与共振频率之间的声学模型,设计制作波导管及双孔空心球共振器;同时采用LabVIEW软件,开发虚拟声学瓦斯检测系统,从而完成声学瓦斯传感器设计。利用传感器开展不同体积分数瓦斯测定实验室试验,结果表明:设计的传感器实现了大量程瓦斯体积分数检测,提高了瓦斯检测精度。Aiming at the problems of small detection range and short service life of traditional gas sensors in coal mines at present,an acoustic sensor for gas concentration detection based on Helmholtz resonance principle is designed and fabricated.Based on the principle of acoustic resonance,the acoustic model for relationship between gas concentration and resonance frequency is established.The waveguide and the double-hole hollow sphere resonator are designed and fabricated.Meanwhile,LabVIEW software is used to develop virtual acoustic gas concentration detection system.Thus,acoustic sensor design for gas concentration detection is achieved.Using this sensor,laboratory tests are conducted for gas detection at different concentrations.The results show that the sensor achieves large-range gas concentration detection and gas concentration detection precision is improved.
