摘 要:基于蒙特-卡洛计算机模拟方法,研究了TiO_(2)粒子不同掺杂浓度对转光膜和pc-WLED性能的调控。研究结果表明:转光膜的荧光发射强度随着TiO_(2)粒子质量分数的提升先升高后降低,在质量分数为2.0%时具有高值;Mie散射理论计算机模拟显示光子传播自由程随粒子质量分数升高而降低,有利于光子散射系数提高和蓝光激发光子激发。进一步结合蓝光LED芯片实现pc-WLED的模拟,光谱分布曲线中蓝光强度随TiO_(2)粒子质量分数增加而降低,黄光荧光发射强度则表现升高趋势,均得益于粒子散射效应提高了激发光子与荧光粉粒子作用几率;对应器件在质量分数为2.0%时具有最高光通量415.8 lm,相较于未掺杂提高了14.83%。研究表明:基于TiO_(2)粒子散射效应可有效改性转光膜和pc-WLED的光色性能,对于获得高效率、低成本和高均匀度pc-WLED具有参考价值。Based on the Monte Carlo computer simulation method,regulation of the performance of light conversion film and pc-WLED with different doping concentrations of TiO_(2)particles is studied.The research results show that the fluorescence emission intensity of the light conversion film first rise then descend with the increase of TiO_(2)particles concentration,it has a high value when the concentration is 2.0 wt%;the Mie scattering Theory computer simulation shows that the free path of photon propagation decreases with the increase of particle concentration,which is beneficial to the increase of the photon scattering coefficient and the excitation of blue excited photons.Further combining with the blue LED chip to realize the simulation of pc-WLED,the intensity of blue light in the spectral distribution curve decreases with the increase of TiO_(2)particle concentration,and the intensity of yellow light fluorescence emission shows an increasing trend,all thanks to the particle scattering effect which improves probability of the excitation photon and fluorescence powder effect of particles;the corresponding device has the highest luminous flux of 415.8 lm at the concentration of 2.0 wt%,which is 14.83%higher than that of undoped.The research shows that the scattering effect of TiO_(2)particles can effectively modify the light and color properties of the light conversion film and pc-WLED,which has reference value for obtaining high efficiency,low cost and high uniformity of pc-WLED.
