摘　　要：目的:探讨四川省遂宁市基层医院影响院前急救质量因素分析及其对策。方法:选择2017年3~9月遂宁市35家基层120网络医院急救的1190名患者作为对象,采用问卷调查形式评估患者对医院院前急救效果的认可。结果:患者或家属对院前急救人员配备情况,包括人员构成、学历结构、年龄结构等,院前急救的正常使用车辆数量、车载设备种类等,了解医院院前急救可能的影响因素,并制定相应的措施进行干预,得出提高基层医院院前急救质量的对策。四川省遂宁市基层医院影响院前急救质量与患者病情、“120”专线障碍、出发时间延误、路途时间过长、车载设备不足及人员急救能力不足、医务人员自身因素、院前急救网络缺陷及其他原因具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:对院前急救人员进行定期专业性的培训,可以显著提高院前急救的质量,建议较为完善的管理制度,增强院前急救人员的细节化处理能力和应对能力,可加强医院的院前急救能力。Objective:To discuss the analysis of the quality of pre-hospital primary hospital in Sichuan Province and its countermeasures.Methods:1190 patients from 35 grassroots 120 network hospitals in Suining from March 2017 to September 2017 were selected to evaluate the recognition of pre-hospital emergency effect in the form of questionnaire survey.Results:Patients or family members on the personnel configuration,academic structure,age structure,normal use,type of vehicles,understand possible influencing factors,and formulate corresponding measures,measures to improve the quality of grassroots hospital.Grassroots hospitals in Suining City,Sichuan Province affect the quality of pre-hospital first aid and patient condition,"120"special line obstacles,departure time delay,long journey time,insufficient on-board equipment and insufficient personnel first aid ability,medical personnel themselves factors,pre-hospital first aid network defects and other reasons have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Regular and professional training of pre-hospital emergency personnel can significantly improve the quality of pre-hospital first aid,suggest a relatively perfect management system,enhance the detailed treatment ability and response ability of pre-hospital emergency personnel,and strengthen the pre-hospital first aid ability of the hospital.
