摘 要:空分装置空气纯化系统是整个空分装置稳定运行的核心所在,尤其是在目前空分装置逐渐大型化的趋势下,需要纯化的空气量十分巨大,达到了10万Nm^(3)/h。分子筛再生气露点监测准确与否,直接决定了空气纯化系统分子筛的再生效果以及分子筛的使用寿命,对整个空分装置能否安全长期稳定运行有着重要影响。从取样方式、取样管长度、样品传输管线吸附性和样品及环境温度变化等多个方面详细分析了影响分子筛再生气露点测量准确性的因素,并对每个影响因素制定科学合理有针对性的解决方案,并经过试验验证和效果对比,实现了再生污氮气露点的准确测量,不仅保证了分子筛的再生效果,也保护了分子筛,为空气纯化系统的安全长期稳定运行提供了准确可靠的测量数据。The air purification system of air separation unit is the core of the stable operation of the whole air separation unit.Especially under the trend of increasing the size of air separation unit,the amount of air that needs to be purified is very large,reaching 100,000 Nm^(3)/h.Whether the dewpoint monitoring of molecular sieve regenerating gas is accurate or not directly determines the regeneration effect of molecular sieve and the service life of molecular sieve in air purification system,which has an important influence on the safe and long-term stable operation of the whole air separation unit.In this paper,from the way of sampling,sampling tube length,sample transmission line adsorption and samples and multiple aspects,such as environmental temperature changes are analyzed in detail which affect measurement accuracy of molecular sieve gas dew point factors,and the each influence factor to develop scientific and rational targeted solutions,and through the test and contrast effect,achieve the accurate measurement of regeneration corrupt nitrogen gas dew point,It not only ensures the regeneration effect of molecular sieve,also protects molecular sieve,and provides accurate and reliable measurement data for the safe long-term stable operation of air purification system.
