摘 要:地铁机电设备以人工监测为主,耗费大量人力。为了解决上述问题,基于变频技术设计地铁机电设备自动化监控系统。系统硬件设计了机电设备自动化监控控制器、机电设备自动化监控网络组态、机电设备自动化监控传感器。监控硬件系统中主要包括地铁候车的公共区域和车站内的运行设备,其中主要有通风设备、照明设备、电梯相关设备、屏蔽门设备以及给排水等设备。分别设计了机电设备自动化监控通信程序和机电设备自动化监控传输程序,车站内的监控数据通讯程序主要是通过MB+传输协议实现的,机电设备中安装的监控相关硬件系统可以在低压通讯处理器MB+数据接口上进行通讯功能的拓展。实验结果表明,基于变频技术的地铁机电设备自动化监控系统能够有效提高识别能力,增强电磁兼容性。The currently studied subway electromechanical equipment automation monitoring system has poor signal recognition capabilities,resulting in low electromagnetic compatibility.In order to solve the above problems,a new subway electromechanical equipment automation monitoring system is designed based on frequency conversion technology.The system hardware is designed with an electromechanical equipment automation monitoring controller,an electromechanical equipment automation monitoring network configuration,and an electromechanical equipment automation monitoring sensor.The monitoring hardware system mainly includes the subway waiting public area and the operating equipment in the station,which mainly includes ventilation equipment,lighting equipment,elevator-related equipment,screen door equipment,and water supply and drainage equipment.Separately designed the electromechanical equipment automation monitoring communication program and the electromechanical equipment automation monitoring transmission program.The monitoring data communication program in the station is mainly realized through the MB+transmission protocol.The monitoring related hardware system installed in the electromechanical equipment can be installed in the low-voltage communication processor MB+data Expand the communication function on the interface.The experimental results show that the subway electromechanical equipment automation monitoring system based on frequency conversion technology can effectively improve the recognition ability and enhance electromagnetic compatibility.
