摘 要:随着高性能制造技术的发展,对零部件的加工质量提出了更高的要求,已加工表面残余应力作为表面加工质量的重要指标,对机器零部件的使用性能有极大的影响。本文介绍已加工表面残余应力对零件使用性能的影响,论述了切削力和切削温度的研究现状及影响因素;综述了已加工表面残余应力的发展现状并阐述残余应力产生机理及其对表面机械性能的影响;总结了影响加工表面残余应力的因素,从而控制已加工表面残余应力,提高机械加工表面质量。With the development of high performance manufacturing technology,the machining quality of parts has been put forward higher requirements.As an important index of surface machining quality,the residual stress of the machined surface layer has a great influence on the performance of machine parts.The influence of machined surface residual stress on the performance of parts is introduced in this paper,and the research status and influencing factors of cutting force and cutting temperature are discussed.The research status of the machined surface residual stress is summarized,and the mechanism of residual stress and its influence on the mechanical properties of the surface are discussed.The factors affecting the machined surface residual stress are summarized to control the machined surface residual stress,to improve the quality of machined surface.
