摘  要:通过推算得到磨削加工时的数学模型,将自由曲面划分成平面、凹面和凸面三类,用ABAQUS软件模拟加工过程,并以玻璃为例进行磨削试验。综合对比三种方法得出:磨削加工深度及工件进给速度越小,材料的去除体积和去除率越少,磨削后平面光洁度越好;降低刀具转速则材料去除量和切削力相应变大;在相同切削参数下,凹面变化最明显,平面居中,凸面影响最小。The mathematical model of the grinding process is obtained by calculation,and the free-form surface is divided into flat,concave and convex.The processing is simulated with ABAQUS,and the grinding experiment is carried out with glass as an example.A comprehensive comparison of the three methods shows that the smaller the grinding depth and the workpiece feed rate,the less the material removal volume and removal rate,the better the surface finish after grinding;the lower the tool speed,the material removal and cutting force will change accordingly big.Under the same cutting parameters,the concave surface changes most,the plane is centered,and the convex surface has the least influence.
