摘　　要：试验研究日粮中添加不同水平的杜仲叶粉对湖北贡鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响。试验采用单因素随机设计,选择240日龄、产蛋率相近、健康状态良好的1000只湖北贡鸡母鸡,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复40只蛋鸡。T0组母鸡饲喂基础日粮,T1~T4组母鸡日粮中分别添加含2.5%、5.0%、7.5%、10.0%杜仲叶粉。预试期14 d,正式试验期70 d。结果显示,日粮添加7.5%的杜仲叶粉的湖北贡鸡日产蛋率最高,极显著高于T0组(P<0.01)。饲喂10 w后,与T0组相比,日粮添加7.5%和10.0%的杜仲叶粉均能够显著提高鸡蛋中蛋清蛋白质、蛋黄α-亚麻酸含量(P<0.05),日粮添加5.0%和7.5%的杜仲叶粉可以显著降低蛋黄胆固醇和蛋黄粗脂肪的含量(P<0.05)。研究表明,杜仲叶粉能够改善湖北贡鸡的生产性能和蛋品质,适宜添加水平为7.5%。The experiment studied the effect of dietary Eucommia ulmoides leaves on production performance and egg quality of Hubei tribute chickens.1000 healthy Hubei tribute hens with similar body weight and laying rate at the age of 240 days old were randomly divided into five groups,with five replicates in each group and 40 chickens in each replicate.The hens in group T0 were fed with basic feed.The hens in group T1~T4 were supplemented with 2.5%,5.0%,7.5%and 10.0%E.ulmoides leaves powder in basic feed.The pre-test period lasted for 14 d,and the trial period lasted for 70 d.The results showed that the daily laying rate of hens dietary supplemented with 7.5%E.ulmoides leaves was highest and extremely higher than that of group T0(P<0.01).After feeding for 10 w,compared with group T0,the contents of egg white protein andα-linolenic acid in yolk of hens dietary supplemented with 7.5%and 10%E.ulmoides leaves were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the cholesterol content and crude fat content in yolk of hens dietary supplementation of 5.0%and7.5%E.ulmoides leaves were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that dietary supplement E.ulmoides leaves can improve production performance,egg quality of Hubei tribute chickens,and the appropriate dosage level is 7.5%.
