摘 要:试验旨在测定80~90日龄慢速型黄羽肉鸡常规蛋白饲料原料的表观代谢能(AME)和氮校正代谢能(AMEn)。选用96只80日龄慢速型黄羽肉鸡,随机分为4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复4只鸡。试验肉鸡分别饲喂基础日粮(处理1)、20%豆粕替代日粮(处理2)、20%棉粕替代日粮(处理3)、20%菜粕替代日粮(处理4)。预试期3 d,全收粪3 d。采用全收粪和套算法测定总能(GE)代谢率、AME和AMEn。结果显示,豆粕、棉粕和菜粕的总能代谢率分别为58.1%、40.9%、38.5%,AME分别为10.62、7.94和7.22 MJ/kg,AMEn分别为9.57、6.86和6.15 MJ/kg。研究表明,试验能够为慢速型黄羽肉鸡日粮的配制提供参考,完善我国慢速型黄羽肉鸡蛋白原料数据库。The purpose of the experiment was to determine the apparent metabolizable energy(AME)and nitrogen corrected metabolizable energy(AMEn)of conventional protein feed ingredients for slow-growing yellow-feathered broilers at 80~90 days of age.96 slow-growing yellow-feathered broilers at day 80 were selected and randomly divided into four dietary treatment,with six replicates in each treatment and four broilers in each replicate.The experimental broilers were fed with basal diet(treatment 1),20%soybean meal diet(treatment 2),20%cotton seed meal diet(treatment 3)and 20%canola meal diet(treatment 4).The pre-feeding period lasted for 3 d,and total excreta collection lasted for 3 d.The total excreta collection and substitution method were used to measure the utilization of gross energy,the AME and AMEn.The results showed that the GE utilization of soybean,cotton seed meal and canola meal were 58.1%,40.9%and 38.5%,respectively.The AME were 10.62,7.94,7.22 MJ/kg,and the AMEn were 9.57,6.86,6.15 MJ/kg,respectively.The experiment indicates that the results of trial serves as reference of diet formulation for slow-growing yellow feathered broilers,and facilitate the establishment of feed ingredient database for yellow feathered broilers.
