摘　　要：针对沈阳市部分群体在就业中存在的就业质量、就业服务信息渠道、就业培训效果等问题进行科学分析和总结。从政府推动高质量就业的调控责任、服务责任、监督责任的角度,提出加大政府宏观政策调控及细则实施力度、完善就业培训政策实施体系、增强公共服务的供给能力等方面的对策建议。阐明推动沈阳市高质量就业之道,为沈阳市经济发展提供助力。This paper makes a scientific analysis and summary of the quality,service information channels,training effects and other issues in the employment of some groups in Shenyang.From the perspective of the government's responsibility for regulation,service and supervision of promoting high-quality employment,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions for intensifying the government's macro-policy control and detailed implementation,improving the employment training policy implementation system,and enhancing the supply capacity of public services.It clarifies that promoting high-quality employment in Shenyang is to provide assistance for economic development.
