摘  要:采用橡胶颗粒等体积取代砂的方式制备橡胶混凝土,以混凝土的强度等级(取C50、C60、C70三种)和橡胶颗粒取代砂的体积分数(取4%、8%、12%、16%四种)为主要变量,通过试验,探索了主要变量变化对橡胶混凝土的抗冻性能和抗氯离子渗透性能的影响,并对影响机理进行了分析.结果表明:对于强度等级为C50的混凝土,橡胶颗粒的掺入会提高混凝土的抗冻性能,而对于强度等级为C60、C70的混凝土,橡胶颗粒的掺入会导致混凝土抗冻性能下降;橡胶颗粒掺入对混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能均有积极的影响.Rubber concrete was prepared by replacing sand with rubber particles in equal volume.The main variables were the strength grade of concrete(C50,C60,C70)and the volume fraction of sand replaced by rubber particles(4%,8%,12%,16%).Through experiments,the effects of changes in main variables on the frost resistance and chloride ion penetration resistance of rubber concrete were explored,and the influence mechanism was analyzed.The results show that for concrete with strength grade C50,the incorporation of rubber particles will improve the frost resistance of concrete,while for concrete with strength grades C60 and C70,the incorporation of rubber particles will reduce the frost resistance of concrete;the incorporation of rubber particles has a positive effect on the resistance to chloride ion penetration of concrete.
