多层螺旋CT和MRI诊断胆囊癌临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT结合3.0T磁共振对胆囊癌的诊断与鉴别诊断价值。方法选取我院经手术及病理确诊的胆囊癌病例24例,行CT和MRI扫描,分析其影像表现。结果24例病例中,厚壁型8例(占33.3%),腔内结节型7例(占29.2%),肿块型9例(占37.5%)。合并间接征象有肝脏转移9例(占37.5%),侵犯胆管7例(占29.2%)。结论多层螺旋CT结合3.0T磁共振可以更加有效的诊断胆囊癌,对胆囊癌的鉴别诊断提供了更多的影像信息。Objective The diagnostic and differential diagnosis value of gallbladder cancer by multi-layer helical CT binding 3.0 T magnetic resonance was discussed.Methods We selected 24 cases of gallbladder cancer confirmed clinically,surgically and pathologically between October 2014 and 2018-December,including 15 cases of multi-layer helical CT scan and 9 cases of 3.0T MRI multi-sequence scans.Retrospective analysis of its image performance characteristics was conducted.Results Of the 24 cases,there were 8 cases of thick-walled type(33.0%),7 cases(29.2%)of intracavity nodules and 9 cases of lump type(37.5%).The combined indirect signs were 9 cases of liver transfer(37.5%)and 7 cases of violation of bile ducts(29.2%).Conclusion Multi-layer helix CT combined with 3.0 T magnetic resonance can diagnose gallbladder cancer more effectively,and provid emore imaging information for the differential diagnosis of gallbladder cancer.
