摘  要:针对中原油田中高渗复杂断块油藏进入高含水后期开发阶段所遇到的注采效果不佳等问题,开展了复合凝胶调驱体系性能室内实验研究。首先从基液黏度、成胶时间、热可逆性3个方面进行不同配比的复合凝胶体系性能实验,配制了HK400复合凝胶体系。对HK400复合凝胶体系进行了热稳定性、可注入性、驱油物理模拟实验,验证了HK400复合凝胶体系用于解决中原油田中高渗油藏深部调驱的有效性。最后,对复合凝胶体系的调驱机理与提高采收率进行了探讨与评估,分析了不同注入模式、不同浓度复合凝胶与不同段塞组合水驱后采收率等不同工艺条件的影响规律。结果表明:高浓度复合凝胶段塞与不同大小低浓度复合凝胶段塞组合水驱后的采收率可以提高约20%以上;继而还讨论了复合凝胶调驱体系的施工工艺,建议采用“高浓度小段塞+低浓度段塞”组合注入方式,以提升复合凝胶调驱增产效果。研究结果对复合凝胶体系调驱机理理论研究及其工程应用具有一定的参考价值。In orderto solve the problem of poor injection and production effect of high-permeability complex fault-block oil reservoirs in Zhongyuan Oilfield in the late stage of development,the performance of composite gel systems was studied in laboratory.The performance of the composite gel systems with different proportioning was tested from 3 aspects:viscosity of base liquid,gelation time and thermal reversibility.The composite gel system of named HK400 was screened.Simulation experiments of thermal stability,injectivity and oil displacement of HK400 composite gel system were carried out to verity the effectiveness of HK400 composite gel system for deep profile-controlling and flooding in Zhongyuan Oilfield.The flooding mechanism and the EOR of the composite gel system were discussed and evaluated.The influences of different injection mode,different concentration of composite gel and different slug combination on the recovery rate after water flooding were analyzed.The results show that injecting"high concentration composite gel slug+low concentration composite gel slug of different sizes"after water flooding can increase the recovery factor by more than 20%.Based on the discussion of the construction technology of the composite gel flooding system,it is suggested that the combined injection method of"small high concentration composite gel slug+low concentration composite gel slug"can enhance the production increase effect of compound gel flooding.The research results have some reference value for theoretical study and engineering application of the composite gel system.
