摘 要:实验采用固溶淬火、预拉伸、人工时效的顺序处理合金材料,然后通过力学性能测试、金相观察等手段,分析不同预拉伸量对6082合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,预拉伸量为0.0%~2.0%,材料的屈服强度与抗拉强度随着预拉伸量的增加而升高,伸长率下降;当预拉伸量为2.0%~6.5%时,强度值和伸长率呈缓慢下降并趋于平稳。随着预拉伸量的增加,晶粒沿形变方向被拉长,当预拉伸量达到弹性变形后屈强比有明显提升。不同预拉伸量未改变峰值时效时间,在时效后期,预拉伸处理后强度、屈强比有降低趋势。In this paper,the alloy materials are treated in a sequence of solid solution quenching,prestretching and artificial aging.Then,the effects of different pretensile amounts on the microstructure and properties of 6082 alloy are analyzed by means of mechanical properties test and metallographic observation.The results show that:the pre-stretching amount is 0.0%~2.0%,the yield strength and tensile strength of the material increase as the pre-stretching amount increases,and the elongation decreases;when the pre-stretching amount is 2.0%~6.5%,the strength value and elongation rate decreased slowly and stabilized in the same time.With the increase of the prestretching amount,the grains are elongated along the deformation direction.When the prestretching amount reaches the elastic deformation,the yield ratio will increase significantly.Different prestretching amounts do not change the peak aging time.In the later stage of aging,the strength and yield ratio after prestretching have a tendency to decrease.
