摘　　要：依托公司某2300mm 6辊铝带冷轧项目,对宽幅皮带助卷器进行了技术攻关,解决了国内铝带冷轧机宽幅皮带助卷器存在的许多问题;提高了宽幅皮带助卷器的助卷质量和效率,缩短了维修时间。In this paper,based on a 2300 six-roll aluminum strip cold rolling project of the company,the technical research on the wide belt coiler has been carried out,and many problems existing in the wide belt coiler in domestic coild aluminum strip rolling mill have been solved.The quality and efficiency of the wide belt coiler are improved,and the maintenance time is shortened.
