外固定支架分期治疗严重多发伤合并四肢闭合性长管骨骨折的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨外固定支架分期治疗严重多发伤合并四肢闭合性长管骨骨折的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月南阳市第一人民医院收治的92例严重多发伤合并四肢闭合性长管骨骨折患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法分为对照组与观察组,每组46例。对照组接受内固定术治疗,观察组接受外固定支架分期治疗。比较两组患者术后恢复指标、恢复效果以及术后并发症发生率。结果观察组住院时间、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,术后1个月视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组恢复优良率(91.30%)较对照组(71.74%)高(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(6.52%)较对照组(21.74%)低(P<0.05)。结论将外固定支架分期应用于严重多发伤合并四肢闭合性长管骨骨折治疗,可促进患者骨折愈合,缓解疼痛,并发症少。Objective To explore the effect of external fixation in the treatment of severe multiple injuries complicated with closed long tube bone fractures of the extremities by stages.Methods A total of 92 patients with severe multiple injuries complicated with closed long tube bone fractures of the extremities by stages from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment method,with 46 cases in each group.Control group received internal fixation,and observation group received external fixation by stages.The postoperative recovery index,recovery effect and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time and fracture healing time of observation group were both shorter than those of control group,and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of observation group was lower than that of control group at 1 month after operation(P<0.05).The recovery rate(91.30%)of observation group was higher than that(71.74%)of control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 6.52%,which was lower than that(21.74%)of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of external fixation in the treatment of severe multiple injuries combined with closed long tube bone fractures of the extremities by stages can promote fracture healing,relieve pain and reduce complications.
