细菌溶解产物胶囊辅助治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿的效果

摘　　要：目的分析细菌溶解产物胶囊辅助治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿的效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年11月郑州市第三人民医院收治的89例支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿,按照随机数表法分为常规组(44例)和研究组(45例)。常规组接受沙美特罗替卡松气雾剂吸入治疗,研究组在常规组基础上联合细菌溶解产物胶囊治疗。比较两组疗效、治疗前后肺功能[最大呼气流量(MEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV 1)、用力肺活量(FVC)]、血清炎症因子[γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)、白细胞介素-13(IL-13)]水平以及免疫功能[自然杀伤(NK)细胞、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)]。结果研究组临床控制率高于常规组(P<0.05),两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组FVC、MEF、FEV 1水平均高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组IL-4、IL-5、IL-13水平均低于常规组(P<0.05),两组IFN-γ水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组NK细胞、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论细菌溶解产物胶囊辅助治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿效果显著,能明显改善患儿肺功能,降低血清炎症因子水平,提高机体免疫功能。Objective To analyze the effect of bacterial lysate capsules in adjuvant treatment of children with acute bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 89 children with acute bronchial asthma in Zhengzhou Third People’s Hospital from January 2019 to November 2020 were selected and divided into study group(45 cases)and routine group(44 cases)according to the random number table.Routine group was treated with salmeterol ticasone aerosol inhalation therapy,and study group was treated with bacterial lysate capsules on the basis of routine group.The efficacy,lung function[maximal expiratory flow(MEF),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV 1),forced vital capacity(FVC)],levels of serum inflammatory factors[interferon-gamma(IFN-γ),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-5(IL-5),interleukin-13(IL-13)],immune function[natural killer(NK),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical control rate of study group was higher than that of routine group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of FVC,MEF and FEV 1 of study group were all higher than those of routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-4,IL-5,and IL-13 of study group were all lower than those of routine group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the IFN-γlevel between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of NK cell and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)of study group were both higher than those of routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bacterial lysate capsules are effective in adjuvant treatment of children with acute bronchial asthma,which can significantly improve the lung function of children,reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,and improve the immune function of the body.
