摘　　要：刘霞教授从事儿科临床工作近40年,总结多年的临床经验,从瘀热相关学着眼,提出过敏性紫癜“瘀热互结”的病理机制,以疏风、清热、活瘀为治疗要点,自拟消风清癜方治疗中医辨证属风热伤络兼瘀血证的过敏性紫癜患儿,在临证运用中取得确切的疗效。附案例1则,以资验证。Professor LIU Xia has been engaged in pediatric clinical work for nearly 40 years,summing up clinical experience for many years,from the stasis heat related study,put forward the allergic purpura“stasis hot alternating knot”pathological mechanism,reducing the wind,clear heat,blood stasis as the treatment points.The self-made Xiaofeng Qingdian Prescription is used to treat children with allergic purpura with syndrome of wind-heat injury and blood stasis,which has obtained the exact curative effect in clinical use.One case is attached for verification.
