生姜水擦浴对妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的观察生姜水擦浴对妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法分析2020年8月至2021年7月于河南省职工医院妇产科行腹腔镜手术的40例患者的临床资料,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。术后均接受常规护理,对照组在此基础上接受等温等量温水擦浴,观察组在此基础上加用生姜水擦浴。记录两组患者术后首次排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、术后首次排便时间,术后第4天评价两组患者恶心呕吐、腹痛、腹胀等临床症状。结果与对照组相比,观察组术后首次排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间及术后首次排便时间均较短(P<0.05)。观察组术后恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹胀评分均较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论生姜水擦浴促进妇科腹腔镜手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复,减轻恶心、呕吐、腹胀、腹痛,缩短术后康复时间。Objective To observe the effect of ginger water bath on gastrointestinal function recovery after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods The clinical data of 40 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Henan General Hospital from August 2020 to July 2021 were analyzed.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.All the patients received routine nursing after operation.On this basis,control group was bathed with the equal amount of isothermal warm water,and observation group was given ginger water bath.The first postoperative exhaust time,recovery time of bowel sounds and first postoperative defecation time were recorded.The clinical symptoms of nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain and abdominal distension were evaluated in the two groups on the 4th day after operation.Results Compared with control group,the first postoperative exhaust time,recovery time of bowel sounds and first postoperative defecation time in observation group were shorter(P<0.05).The scores of nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain and abdominal distension in observation group were all lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginger water bath can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gynecological laparoscopic surgery,reduce nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain and abdominal distension,and shorten the postoperative rehabilitation time.
