摘　　要：高校图书馆智慧化协同创新服务的发展,给党建工作带来了新的挑战,科学合理的党建工作机制,是党建工作发挥作用的保证,更是高校图书馆发展的保证。本文分析了高校图书馆党建工作的现状和存在问题,并以沈阳药科大学图书馆的党建工作为例,探讨了新形势下的党建工作机制。The development of smart collaborative innovation service of university libraries brings challenge to the Party building.Scientific and reasonable working mechanism is the guarantee for Party building and plays an important role in the development of university libraries.The paper,taking Shenyang Pharmaceutical University Library as an example,analyses the current situation and the existing problems in Party building of university libraries and discusses the working mechanism of Party building under the new situation.
