摘  要:由于室外环境复杂光伏电池板经常出现故障或损坏,光伏组件发电效率也因此而降低。鉴于此,通过在线监测手段来保证组件的正常运行是非常必要的。一种基于嵌入式系统和短距离无线通信技术的光伏组件状态在线监测装置被设计出来。该装置由安装于光伏组件接线盒的监测终端和管理采集数据的监测主机以及上位机软件系统组成。监测终端检测光伏组件的输出电压和温度等数据,利用短距离无线通信实现监测终端与监测主机的信息传递,上位机通过RS485接口和modbus协议获取这些信息,再通过软件编程与处理,为监管人员提供可靠、实时的光伏组件运行数据和故障预告。Due to the complex outdoor environment,photovoltaic panels often failed or damaged,which reduced the power generation efficiency of photovoltaic modules.In view of this,it was very necessary to ensure the normal operation of components by means of online monitoring.An on-line monitoring device of photovoltaic module based on embedded system and short-range wireless communication technology was designed.The device was composed of a monitoring terminal installed in the junction box of photovoltaic modules,a monitoring host for managing and collecting data,and a host computer software system.The monitoring terminal detected the output voltage,temperature and other data of photovoltaic modules,and used short-range wireless communication to realize the information transmission between the monitoring terminal and the monitoring host.The host computer obtained these information through RS485 interface and Modbus protocol,and then provided reliable and real-time operation data and fault prediction of photovoltaic modules for the regulators through software programming and processing.
