氯虫苯甲酰胺·噻虫胺颗粒剂高效液相色谱分析

摘　　要：本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇加0.1%的磷酸水溶液为流动相,使用C 18色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在240nm波长下对氯虫苯甲酰胺·噻虫胺颗粒剂进行分离和测定。结果表明,该分析方法条件下氯虫苯甲酰胺和噻虫胺的线性相关系数(r^(2))分别为0.9996和0.9932,标准偏差分别为0.002和0.006,变异系数分别为0.53%和0.49%,平均回收率分别为99.69%和100.08%。An analysis method was developed for separation and determination of chlorantraniliprole and clothianidin GR by HPLC with C 18 column and DAD at 240nm.The mobile phase was made up of methanol and 0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9996 and 0.9932,that the standard deviation was 0.002 and 0.006,that the variation coefficient was 0.53%and 0.49%,and that the average recovery was 99.69%and 100.08%,respectively.
