摘 要:针对大型轴承套圈磨加工时套圈外径面易出现支承痕迹、圆度和锥度超差的问题,提出以下改进措施:支承块设计为T形,材料选用陶瓷,与支承座采用螺丝固定,并将支承块斜面与水平方向的夹角由13°改为9°;支承座与支承杆采用销钉连接且之间存在间隙。采用改进后的支承磨加工3种型号的轴承,圆度及锥度降低且无支承痕迹,满足了加工需求。In view of the problems that the outer diameter surface of rings is easy to have support trace,and the ovality and taper are easy to exceed the tolerance during grinding of large-size bearing rings,the following improvement measures are put forward:the support block is designed as T-shaped,made of ceramic,fixed with support seat by screws,and the angle between inclined plane of support block and horizontal direction is changed from 13°to 9°;the support seat and support rod are connected by pins,and there is a gap between them.The improved support is used to grinding of three types of bearings,the ovality and taper are reduced,and there is no support trace,which meets the processing requirements.
