摘  要:采用“整体加工→剖切→粘接加工”的工艺加工微型三点接触球轴承双半内圈时,沟道在粗磨、精磨及超精加工过程中易受到不均匀作用力而出现内圈粘接处开裂或沟形误差超差,产生大量废品。提出设计辅助工装,并优化磨削、超精工艺参数以降低切削力的改进措施。改进工艺加工的轴承两内圈沟曲率中心偏差合格率大幅提高,且数值范围较为集中。When the two-piece inner rings of miniature three-point contact ball bearings are processed by“integral processing→sectioning→bonding processing”,the bonding joint of inner rings are easy to crack or raceway shape error is out of tolerance due to uneven force during processes of rough grinding,fine grinding and superfinishing,resulting in a large number of waste products.The improvement measures of designing auxiliary tooling and optimizing grinding and superfinishing process parameters to reduce cutting force are put forward.The qualified rate of curvature center deviation of two inner ring raceway of the bearings processed by improved processes is greatly improved,and the numerical range is relatively concentrated.
