摘 要:目的探讨身材矮小儿童25-羟基维生素D和25-羟基维生素D3和骨密度的关系。方法选取2018年6月至2019年8月收治的身材矮小儿童163例进行回顾性分析,同时纳入同期体检的健康儿童,针对儿童25-羟基维生素D、25-羟基维生素D3及脂代谢指标进行分析,并经Pearson相关性分析儿童25-羟基维生素D、25-羟基维生素D3与骨密度变化的相关性。结果经Pearson相关性分析,血清25-羟基维生素D、25-羟基维生素D3、高密度脂蛋白水平与儿童骨密度水平呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。观察组血清25-羟基维生素D、25-羟基维生素D3水平、高密度脂蛋白显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组骨密度各指标水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正常儿童25-羟基维生素D、25-羟基维生素D3水平与身材矮小儿童有明显差异,检测儿童25-羟基维生素D、25-羟基维生素D3水平可为临床及时干预提高骨密度、避免身材矮小症发生提供依据。Objective To investigate the correlation between 25-hydroxyvitamin D,25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and bone mineral density in short stature children.Methods A total of 163 short stature children who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to August 2019 were were enrolled as observation group,at the same time,the healthy children who underwent physical examination were enrolled as control group.The 25 hydroxyvitamin D,25 hydroxyvitamin D3 and lipid metabolism indexes were observed and compared between the two groups.Moreover correlation between 25-hydroxyvitamin D,25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and bone mineral density was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Results Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum levels of 25 hydroxyvitamin D,25 hydroxyvitamin D3 and high density lipoprotein were positively correlated with bone mineral density(P<0.05).The serum levels of 25 hydroxyvitamin D,25 hydroxyvitamin D3 and HDL in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The bone mineral density in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion There are significant differences in the levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D and 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 between healthy children and short stature children.Monitoring the levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D and 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 can provide basis for clinical timely intervention to improve bone density and avoid occurrence of short stature.
