摘　　要：肺静脉隔离是心房颤动(房颤)导管消融的基石,经冷冻球囊导管行肺静脉隔离(PVI)的有效性和安全性已获得了临床研究证实。目前国内外指南都已将冷冻球囊消融作为房颤消融PVI的标准疗法。冷冻球囊消融最常见的并发症主要有短暂性膈神经麻痹、食管损伤等;消融术后出现呼吸困难、肺动脉高压首先考虑与消融后肺静脉狭窄相关,而随着技术的进步和认识的提高,静脉狭窄目前已很少发生;消融术后肺动脉高压亦是左心房僵硬综合征的主要表现之一,是一种经射频导管消融术后较为罕见的并发症,目前尚未见冷冻球囊消融后该并发症的报道,本文报道1例冷冻球囊消融术后出现左心房僵硬综合征的案例。Pulmonary vein isolation is the cornerstone of catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation(AF).The efficacy and safety of pulmonary vein isolation(PVI)via cryoballoon catheter has been confirmed in clinical studies.At present,both the domestic and foreign guidelines have regarded cryoballoon ablation as the standard therapy for PVI ablation in atrial fibrillation.The most common complications of cryoballoon ablation are transient phrenic nerve palsy and esophageal injury.The occurrence of dyspnea and pulmonary hypertension after ablation is first considered to be related to pulmonary vein stenosis;but with the progress of the technology and the improvement of understanding,venous stenosis has rarely occurred now.Pulmonary hypertension after ablation is also one of the main manifestations of left atrial stiffness syndrome,which is a relatively rare complication after radiofrequency catheter ablation.There has been no report on this complication after cryoballoon ablation so far.This paper reports a case of left atrial stiffness syndrome after cryoballoon ablation.
