基于形气神理论探讨调“神”在恶性肿瘤发生与演进中的作用

摘　　要：形、气、神是构成人体生命的基本要素,在疾病发生发展过程中起着关键作用。恶性肿瘤的发生与演进属于人体生命规律的异常表现,形、气、神贯穿于恶性肿瘤的发生发展之中,其发生始于“神”变,发于“气”变,终于“形”变。“神”的失调是促进恶性肿瘤发生与演进的重要因素,调“神”是阻延恶性肿瘤进程的关键环节。本文基于形气神理论探讨“神”在恶性肿瘤发生与演进中的重要作用,明确调“神”在恶性肿瘤防治中的重要价值,丰富恶性肿瘤形气神同调的中医论治体系,以期为恶性肿瘤的中医药治疗提供新思路。Physique,qi and spirit are the basic elements which consist of life and play a key role in the occurrence and progression of diseases.The occurrence and progression of malignant tumor belongs to the abnormal manifestation of the law of life.The physics,qi and spirit run through the occurrence and progression of malignant tumor.The occurrence of malignant tumor originates from the transformation of spirit,starts from the transformation of qi and finally the transformation of physics manifests as the tumor.The maladjustment of spirit is an important factor to promote the occurrence and progression of malignant tumor.Regulating spirit is a key link to prevent the progression of malignant tumors.This paper discusses the important role of spirit in the occurrence and progression of malignant tumors based on the theory of physics,qi and spirit,and addresses the important value of regulating the spirit in the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors,which will enrich and the traditional Chinse medicine(TCM)treatment spirit-regulating system,and will provide new ideas for the treatment of malignant tumors with TCM.
