五参汤联合甲地孕酮分散片治疗非小细胞肺癌恶病质的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察五参汤联合甲地孕酮分散片治疗非小细胞肺癌恶病质临床疗效及对患者的血清炎性细胞因子TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1水平的影响。方法选择60例肺癌恶病质患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和治疗组,每组各30例,对照组单纯口服甲地孕酮分散片,观察组在对照组基础上服用中药汤剂五参汤,连续服用1个月,比较两组患者治疗前后体重、生活质量评分以及两组治疗前和治疗后血清炎性因子的水平。结果两组患者的治疗前后体重有显著差异,观察组体重平均升高1.09 kg,对照组体重平均下降0.51 kg(P<0.01)。观察组治疗后的生活质量评分四个维度均比对照组高(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1水平有显著差异,观察组治疗后炎性细胞水平显著下降(P<0.05)。结论五参汤联合甲地孕酮分散片可以改善肺癌恶病质患者的血清炎性细胞因子的变化和恶病质情况,具有一定的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wushen Decoction combined with megestrol dispersible tablets in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients with cachexia,and to observe its effect on serum inflammatory factor levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1.Methods Sixty NSCLC patients with cachexia were randomly divided into observation group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with megestrol dispersible tablets,while the observation group was treated with Wushen Decoction on the basis of the treatment for the control group for one continuous month.The body weight,scores of quality of life and the levels of serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment in the two groups were detected.Results After treatment,there was significant difference in the pre-and post-treatment body weight difference between the two groups.The average body weight of the observation group increased by 1.09 kg,while the average body weight of the control group decreased by 0.51 kg.The scores of four dimensions in the quality of life scale of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group.Significant differences were found in the pre-and post-treatment difference of TNFα,IL 6 and IL 1 levels in the two groups,and the levels of serum inflammatory factors in the observation group were decreased significantly.Conclusion Wushen Decoction combined with megestrol dispersible tablets can improve the cachexia in NSCLC patients,decrease the levels of the serum inflammatory cytokines,and enhance the therapeutic effect.
