清营透窍法治疗化疗后感染性高热经验谈

摘　　要：化疗后感染性高热,是常见的化疗相关反应,本病为正衰邪盛,正气无力祛邪外出,邪热陷入营血,这个时期多数患者出现高热不退,神昏谵语、舌绛少苔等危重证候。辨证凡属营阴大伤、热毒内陷心包证均可选用清营透窍法,治疗上应及时采取清营透窍,凉血解毒法,选用清营汤合安宫牛黄丸加减,常能获得显著的效果。并附医案一例以分析,以供临床参考。Infectious high-fever after chemotherapy is a common chemotherapy-related reaction.The pathogenesis of infectious high-fever after chemotherapy is due to healthy qi deficiency and hyperactivity of pathogenic qi,the deficient healthy qi fails in counteracting the pathogens,and the pathogenic heat invades into yingfen(nutritive system)and blood,which results into critical manifestations of high fever,coma and delirious speech,deep-red tongue with less tongue coating in most patients.The illness can be differentiated the syndrome of impairment of nutritive yin and heat-toxin invading the pericardium,and significant efficacy can be achieved by the therapy of clearing nutritive system heat and opening orifices,cooling blood and removing toxins through using Qingying Decoction combined with Angong Niuhuang Pills.And a proved case was analyzed for clinical reference.
